An independent studio for gamified mobile experiences
GamifyApps is an independent mobile development studio. We build Android apps and games and publish them worldwide through Google Play, and we have begun bringing selected titles to iPhone and iPad on the App Store.
What we build
Two things: casual mobile games, and utility apps that borrow what makes games work — progress, streaks, small rewards and a clear next step. Everything is designed, built, tested and supported in-house by a deliberately small team.
How the business works
Every title on Google Play is free to download and free to finish. Revenue there comes from two places only: in-app advertising, and optional one-time in-app purchases that remove ads or unlock extras. There are no subscriptions anywhere in our catalogue — nothing we sell renews.
Our one App Store title, TV Remote for iPhone and iPad, works differently: it is a $2.99 one-time paid download with every feature included and no advertising, because iOS does not get the ad-supported free tier the Android edition has.
Consumer transactions are processed by Google Play Billing on Android and by the App Store on iOS. In both cases the store is the merchant of record. We do not operate our own checkout and never see a customer's card or bank details.
How we operate
Purchase prompts state the real price before you confirm, and never sit where a close button belongs. We collect the minimum data needed to run our apps, declare it in our Google Play Data Safety section, and never sell it. Support email is answered by the person who built the app, within two business days.
